Building Information Modelling (BIM)

BIM is becoming more and more of an important aspect in the construction of buildings. As more and more people understand the importance of central documentation from design, construction to estimating, supply chain; build process, handover and facilities management. We believe that BIM is not just a technological tool but a “process enabler” to help the project achieve great results in terms of implementation, cost and time table, by enabling more accurate collaboration.

It is also a great design tool that helps us communicate our ideas more visually by simulating the building and how the natural environment affects it. It resolves conflict, automate clash detection and ensure perfect fit of elements on site. After construction, the information model is indispensable to the facilities and asset manager to maintain the building throughout its life cycle.
